3 Ways To Give Yourself Some Love

Pampering is a must for women especially because most of the time ladies are taking care of everyone else ut themselves- their kids, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, husbands, boyfriends, etc. It’s time to care for yourself because if you don’t care for yourself no one will. Below we have listed 3 ways to pamper yourself so that you feel better and have the confidence (and energy) to work harder.

Spend Time In Nature

When was the last time you went to a park and put your bare feet in the dirt? It’s probably been a while. Nature has healing powers. Those healing powers are known as negative ions. “Negative ions are oxygen atoms charged with an extra electron. They are created in nature by the effects of water, air, sunlight and the Earth's inherent radiation. Negatively charged ions are most prevalent in natural places and particularly around moving water or after a thunderstorm.” If you want to heal your body (and mind), it’s important to get close to the earth by going to a park, beach or near a lake. This will calm your mind and help you get back to your center. This is how you self love the right way ;)

Heal Your Body

Have you ever gotten a massage that was completely restorative? If you haven’t then you should! It’s so relieving to have someone else fix your aches and pains for you. Go to the spa, get a massage, put yourself in the mudbath, get your face mask on, have a glass of wine in the jacuzzi, do whatever you like to do because you only live once and you deserve to feel good. When you feel good you act happier, because you are happier! It’s a win-win!

Go Shopping (For Shoes!)

This is the best part, because once you’ve spent time in nature, then you go to the spa, the last thing is to go SHOPPING!! We all know what it feels like to get a new outfit. It changes the way we feel times a million. But no outfit is complete without the perfect pair of shoes.
