Where We Ship
We ship in United States 50 contiguous United States. We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use USPS Priority shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days. If you are in Florida most orders arrive in 2-3 business days. However If you are shipping on The Great Miami area this may happen in 24 hrs.

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped.  The email will include the USPS tracking number.  You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.  You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking Tracking Link in orders details page in your account or Track in USPS website.

Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.


Delivering Your Package
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
•    Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). 
•    Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.


SHUSHOP will gladly accept returns for exchanges on new, unworn merchandise in Original Condition and with Original Packaging within 15 days of receipt of items .Shushop will send you a Label just in case of defective products or wrong shipped ; others return labels should be pay for customers , we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package has been delivered to our warehouse. Please send a email to to tell us the return reason and if you need a exchange sizes or refunds.

 Return & Refund for Klarna 

If you would like to return an item you purchased using Pay later, you can first report the return on your account page. Go to Klarna to report your return. Your invoice from Klarna will be put on hold until your return is processed, and you’ll receive an updated statement from Klarna.

Klarna will contact you directly with information about your refund payment.

Once your return is processed, you will automatically receive an updated Pay later balance from Klarna. This will include any instructions on how to make your payment if you have a remaining balance. 

Klarna will contact you by email if they need bank details from you to make the re-payment.

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the purchased merchandise in our facilities, however every financial institution have their own terms, so it may take 2 to 3 business days to be reflected on your account. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
