Where We Ship

We ship to the United States (including all 50 contiguous states), Canada, and Mexico. Worldwide shipping is also available, but rates and carriers will be calculated at checkout. Our goal is to deliver your shoes as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. Please note that during holidays, standard orders may take up to 5 days to process and ship. 

 

For orders within the continental U.S., we use UPS, and delivery typically occurs within 4-10 business days after the carrier scans the package. If you are located in Florida, most orders will arrive within 2-3 business days. In the Greater Miami area, you may receive your order as quickly as within 24 hours.

 

Please Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are sent via UPS, so we require a street address for delivery. SHUSHOP is not responsible for any packages sent to a P.O. Box address. Additionally, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or military and Air Force bases.

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped.  The email will include the UPS tracking number.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.  You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking the Tracking Link on the details page in your account or Track on the UPS website.

Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items that ship from the exact location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Free Shipping
As you may see already advertised across our online store FREE SHIPPING is a benefit automatically applied to your car when you meet certain criteria, like reaching a total amount of money on your order after all discounts are applied to your cart (ex/ " on every order over $130.00" ) , or if you shop on a specific category that is on promotion (ex/ "Clearance | Sneakers | New Arrivals"). Our goal is to reward and support all the shoe lovers family and share our passion for fashion and our classic and new designs the more easy way possible.

• Standard: $9.95 (Arrives within 5-10 business days)
• Free Shipping: Orders above $130 (Standard)
• Express: $25 (Arrives within 1-2 business days)
• Worldwide: Calculated at checkout - Ship with DHL or UPS
• Puerto Rico:: $15 (Shipped with FedEx - Ship with DHL or UPS.

 

Delivering Your Package

• We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday.
• At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
• Your order may be delayed if your shipping address differs from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
• Most items are available to ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days.
