These shoes are very disappointing. They’re not true to size — too short and thin soles. I thought they would get better so I wore them to work and left with throbbing feet. Wasted money. Blah!

They are too narrow for my feet, but slip on the heal. I am trying to return the unworn item and can't not find out how to get a label. When I login it says the item has been returned. I have not received any communication for the return. I paid for "free returns". I can't get any help with the chat box and there has not been a response to my emails. The return period is ticking. I will never buy from this company again based on this feedback.
